The painting entitled Winter Twilight; oil on canvas, by artist Alexander Kellock Brown; drawn in 1904. Brown was a Scottish artist who painted in both oils and watercolours. He specialised in painting Scottish scenes such as this landscape. Several small cottages lie huddled together at the foot of the hills.
